What is an Escape Room?
Escape on Bank Street is Whangarei's first Escape Room located at 156 Bank St, Regent, Whangarei.
Escape Rooms are fun, family friendly rooms where customers solve a series of clues, puzzles and tasks in order to 'Escape the Room'. Escaping may not be easy and will require your creativity, problem solving and attention to detail. Look out for hidden clues, secret rooms and solve challenging puzzles. Each room lasts for approximately 60 minutes with a maximum of 7 people per room. All Escape Rooms are indoors and suitable for ages 7 and over.

Escape on Bank is Whangarei's first Escape Room located at 156 Bank St, Regent, Whangarei.
Two car-parks are available at the front, additional parking at the back of the building and street parking is available.

Pandamonium
Perfect for families and for your first Escape Room.
Chef Panda makes the best noodle soup in the village. The King has heard about this amazing noodle soup and is coming to visit in one hour....The problem is that Chef is away on holiday and has hidden all the special spices to make the noodle soup somewhere in the house and kitchen.... The King is arriving in one hour - quick, hurry, find the four special spices!!!!
Find clues, solve a series of puzzles and tasks and retrieve the four hidden spices before the restaurant opens.
Time Limit: 60 Minutes
Suitable for all ages, young and old and perfect for your first Escape Room.

The Heist
It started with a text message, then an email, and then a phone call from a smooth talker telling you about an investment opportunity.....you can't believe it has happened, how you could be so stupid - but you transferred your money and got scammed out of your life savings. Vowing revenge, you have tracked down the people behind the scam, and where they keep all their treasures they have purchased with their stolen money. It won't be easy, find a way into their apartment and then get back what is rightfully yours - you have one hour before they return.....

Who's Next? (The Scary Room!)
In Banks City, three locals have mysteriously disappeared. You stumble upon the residence of 'The Collector', a secretive figure rumored to be involved. Inside, you're surrounded by a trove of frightening puzzles. Your mission: uncover the truth behind the disappearances. Navigate through diverse, intricate puzzles that reveal The Collector's secrets. Teamwork and wit are key as you delve deeper into this intriguing mystery. Will you unveil the grand revelation and discover 'who's next'?
Warning: This escape room is played in low light, an almost dark room and contains scares, blood and dark themes.
Parents: We recommend age 13+ and it is not suitable for those with pre-existing medical conditions of those easily scared.

Outdoor Adventure
Help! The Easter Bunny can't find his key to the grand vault where all the easter eggs are stored. The Easter Bunny went for a run yesterday around central Whangarei and maybe lost the key somewhere on the run? Re-trace the Easter Bunnies route to see if you can find the missing key. Can you save Easter?
This is a fun 1 - 2 hour outdoor adventure game for walkers, runners, scooters and people on bikes. Go around Whangarei finding clues, solving puzzles and tracking down hidden locations. Try to complete in as little time as possible to win. Total distance to travel is approximately 3km and starts close to our escape rooms on Bank Street.
You do not need to enter our Escape Rooms to complete this outdoor adventure. You do need a charged mobile phone/tablet with mobile data. Starting location is outside our Escape Rooms.
